Don't know what to do

I've just been diagnosed a few days ago with diverticulitis I'm a little scared about it because I'm only 29!! Does anyone have any tips to controlling it

HI I was diagnosed last week & im 44. Like you wanting tips to be able to control it. I'm waiting on my camera in 4 weeks.
One question is Diverticulitis linked to patients fainting, as the last 4 years I've been fainting on & off & drs have been unable to find out the cause. A junior dr at the hospital said it wasn't connected but a nurse said it might be connected??
