Hi everyone. Thanks for all your support the past few weeks. Today I am at week 4 of my dosage increase and since yesterday I am having small Windows where I feel amazing and can see light at the end of the tunnel :-) still not sleeping well and waking up so anxious but got my dogs out for a walk there and can't believe it. Is this the medication slowly kicking in ???

    Hi MiaRuRu

Yes sounds like the medicine is beginning to take effect.  This was how it worked for me years ago ...... times when I felt great.  These small windows will get more and more frequent until they're with you permanently.  My worst time was the mornings when I'd wake with anxiety, but this disappeared eventually.  I always thought it was my body/head realising first thing in the morning that I had another day to get through.  I don't get that anymore.  A doctor told me once to take the medicine first thing in the morning if having sleep problems, as it can tend to make you feel buzzy or alert more.  Other than that I think the sleep problem will pass - I don't have anymore sleep problems (only that I like my bed too much) :-) :-) :-)

Dont be alarmed too if you have weeks or months of feeling great then find you have an off day.  It can happen, but again it's just how your body works.  I've taken these for 15 years and have been the best thing!

Hi it sounds like it is definitely beginning to work ,! I am 2 weeks into treatment and today increased the dose from 10 to 20 to try to help with the anxiety that is soooo debilitating ! I too have dogs and I'm sure they can't quite believe how many walks they are getting at the moment ! ( they are also a great comfort to me at the moment )

i can't wait to start feeling any small improvement so it's great to hear that you are .
