You should definitely not have double-vision so long. What do they say is wrong? Is there a bubble in the lens capsule?

they said it was muscles and a blood vessel from the surgery and the anesthetic they told me it will take time forit to heal this double vision does last as long as it did about 10 minutes in the morning. but i am getting concerned about this but the surgeon says nothingis wrong it will health just will take a little bit longer.

Actually you are being impatient. If you had your surgery in March and you had some complications it can take a while for the them to resolve as well you just need to get used to the new lens... However,  as you are concerned about the double vision.. does it occur with both eyes open, while looking to the left or right only or straight ahead or does it occur in one eye with the other closed? You need to be more specific in your description.

when i wake up in the morning my right eye has double vision so it is hard for me to focus it only lasts about 10-15 minutes then it is okay. when i lookto the right that isthe eye that is not  doing as well as the other eye which i had done in february 9 with no problem   i appoligize for not being patient but i amconcerned about this eye the doctor who performed the surgery said not to worry it will get better but i did not think it would take this long.

As the double vision only occurs in the right eye, your eye could be dry. When you waken, the eye starts forming tears and the double vision reduces.  If it appears only in one eye that is a refraction error. That is one possibility.  The other is you may have some residual effects from the nerve block they performed on your eye for surgery. This should pass as your eye muscles get used to refocusing after the surgery.  Try opening your eyes as wide as possible and roll your eyes.. It will help you to get the use of your eye faster.

I live in Arizona and also suffer dry eyes.  I tried the Refresh eyedrops but found that Restore eyedrops were more effective and lasted longer.  I buy the generic, store brand and have found them just as effective.  You may have to try a few different manufacturers until you find one that works the best for you.

i am goingto try restore or the namebrands.  thank youfor the suggestions.  i tried doing the rolling of myeyes thismorning i know it is going to take time i am also goingtosee my own doctor tomorrow instead of nextweek andhe is going to set me up with a second opinion.  iam just surprised that my doctor who performed this surgery didn't want to see me and see what has happened.
