Dr said this looks like herpes?!

imagehi everyone. so im very upset right now feel totally hopeless. i feel like im in a living nightmare. i made a previous post about how i got a rash that looked like razor burn but it was in a different place than normal and looked a bit different than razor burn. bigger redder harder bumps. also a bit more painful but nothing crazy. and some tiny microscopic white spots. well i went to the dr tonight and at first glance she told me it was foliculitus or something like that and i was SO relieved and knew i was driving myself from being a hypochondriac and googling every thing. well then she asked the nurse to grab a magnifying glass and upon inspection jumped to telling me she saw TINY lesions forming and that she was almost 100% certain it was herpes. she did a swab told me to call back in two days and gave me medication. from whatever she saw up close she pretty much told me that its defintely herpes.. im so devastated can someone please explain to me if this picture looks accurate or anything like herpes?! some spots are red from where she scraped but honestly i couldnt see any spots with the naked eye but can when i take a picture with flash and zoom in. i just dont want to believe this is possible. its been 4 days i had unprotected sex sat night and he swore up and down he was clean and just got tested?! but now is saying since that night he may have gotten a cold sore on his mouth?! (he did do oral) im so scared to call and get results can someone message me and explain how to even live with that?

    hard to tell because there is hairs present were the spots are. kind of looks bacterial to me, the way your skin is really red and angry looking.

    just wait for your swab results to come back and dont have sex or shave until they do you will make it worse

      the dr said sge saw a lot of spots that were random and didnt have a hair ): she basically told me she knew almost 100% it was herpes i just dont understand it looks nothing like it to me. A friend of mine that he kissed also has a cold sore on her mouth so im guessing dr is right..
