26 years old and fully tested and clean. I have what doctor and GUM clinic both advised just looks like dry skin for just under a year or so. No pain, no smell or anything. No issues sexually or when passing urine. It's just there. Any ideas? I'm just curious as to what it could be. I do suffer with dry skin during winter months on my foreskin but daily moisturising always clears it up, along with mild shower gels instead of scented, so this doesn't concern me as I just have dry skin during winter all over and is easily treated. Ignore the redness also, just got out of a hot shower and its not normally like that.
Kindest regards.

Here are a few tips on dealing with dry penile skin, written from an uncircumcised perspective:
.
Wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand and fingertips only. Don't apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can.
.
