Hi Yes, I am on an AD so some days worse than others. Also, I sleep with a fan on me for night sweats.  I use a nasal spray helps keep sinus cavity hydrated.  I have sinus problems since peri too.  Hooray!

Hi Tessa, yes I have had dry mouth on and off the past year. Worse in the winter. I also have dry eyes the past couple of years. My nose runs clear everyday until I go to sleep. I think this is a common problem. Very annoying.

Yes..  I'm always thirsty and my lips are very dry-- so I go thru lip cream like crazy.   I also use nose spray because I'm usually worried about sinus infections

Totally. Every day. Mouth is the worst. And I drink almost a gallon of water a day at least. I took a bite of toast one day, and it was like putting a sponge in my mouth. I use nasal spray. For sinuses.

Yes! So stuffed up and pasty mouthed! Pretty much everything I felt when pregnant, I am re-experiencing.... Minus the kicking. And this time the payoff won't be as great so that makes it harder to "tough out"! Ergh.

Yes been getting the dry mouth too and wondered what it was ... does not bother me too much at all . It’s the mind stuff and the fatigue that really chsbged your life
