Earfullness and dizziness help!

So for about three weeks ive been experiencing full right ear and dizziness also feel like my sinus is full on same side. Saw my gp who said i had wax and sent me to ent. Saw the ent a week ago who removed the wax looked up into my nose saw nothing sinister and scheduled a balance test for me. I have tried steam nasal rinses and allergy meds to no avail. The constant pressure and drunk feeling are starting to get the best of me. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions? A family member mentioned labyrinthisis could that be it? And what is the treatment. I am going to go back to gp this week. i cant keep doing this its causing me anxiety because now im starting to think its something sinister.
