So ive been taking otc Ed pills that have viagra in them but they also have natural ingriedients in them apparently.
My question is taking these long term have any affect on kidney or liver?
I take 2 a week plus horny goat weed

What exactly are you taking, and was ir prescribed by a doctor? If it's pills that "have viagra in them", then it sounds like it probably isn't viagra, and may not actually contain any viagra.
