I don't think you need any special help with it. Many men, perhaps not everybody, gets moist down there, whene aroused. I think it is how it suposed to be. It makes sense when you think of it as of natural lube.

This is absolutely normal ! No worries . It is just pre- ejaculate ( pre-cum) it is as perpl said the body's natural lube. It's also very common.

You can have pre-cum when your totally flaccid and happen to see an arousing image especially at your age( I'm guessing your fairly young)? Even if your not , it's still 100% normal next time check it to reassure yourself.. It's usually semi clear and a bit slimy
