Hi, everyone.
I'm in a long process of trying to get all the lab tests I need for a diagnosis. I'm a 30 yr old female with an aunt with hemochromotosis. I've had elevated liver enzymes show up on my lab work now for several years but never had any symptoms associated with liver problems. In the past few years I have experienced rapid weight loss, now slightly underweight at around 86 lbs for someone who is a little under 4'11 and struggling not to lose further. (I was always on the heavier side of my healthy range for my adult life until a few years ago; I did change my eating habits a bit but am still consuming an appropriate for my size and activity level 1500 - 1600 calories a day so my eating habits alone shouldn't account for my massive drop in weight). I also have bradycardia with my pulse usually in the low 50's.
In short, would I at my age be experiencing liver and heart symptoms of hemochromotosis already or is something else going on? Am I simply not eating enough? I feel like I am and it is very hard for me to force myself to eat more, even when I'm hungry; I still feel like I'm eating "too much".

Hello everyone I'm a 53 year old black female I also have the same issues as yourself I have elevated liver enzymes and also bradycardia however unlike you I have gained weight very rapidly I've been doing a little research on high liver enzymes and bradycardia and I don't think the two have anything to do with the other

Losing weight will slow down your heart. I’ve seen anorexics with pulses of 30bpm.
Do you drink alcohol
Which LFTs are elevated and by how much?
Have ŷou had your Ferritin measured?
