That's it, I've had enough.  Honestly can't take anymore.  So much has happened past couple of weeks, on top of everything else, and I'm still expected to take more?  No.  I've reached the end of my road.

    Wishing you well and my prayers are with you. Stay strong and when things seem hopeless. ... dig deep and you will find those reserves you need to keep going

    Thank you both for your replies, means so much to me, you are so kind and caring. xxx

    Been having quite a few flashbacks from the past lately, some happy, some sad, but all very painful and hurt me so much.  Wish I could stop them, but I can't.  They, on top of everything else, are making my life so hard right now.  I honestly don't see a way out of this, not in a good way anyway.  Sorry. xxx

      What are the flashbacks about, Mami??  You must talk these through with your psychologist, it sounds to me like you have a lot of ghosts to lay to rest.  I feel so sad that you are so troubled by your past....but remember Mami, they ARE in your past.  The future will be different.
