Hello, i have recently started feeling a weird pressure on my lower chest/esophagus area after i swallow solid foods.
It started not too long ago, maybe a few days?
I had the same thing about a month ago but it went away after two days.
Now it came back but its a little different, i also feel like theres something stuck in my throat every now and then.
I dont feel heartburn or anything that could resemble acid reflux.
I know it could still be it but im not sure.
After reading on these forums ive seen that some people go through similar things and have found nothing to help, even with a visit to the doctor.
Ive been thinking about scheduling an appointment if this doesnt go away, im nervous about it but i guess i have to if i really want to know what it is.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make this possibly go away? Ive been looking into those DGL licorice things.
I wonder if they really work.
Anyways, cheers.

Hi Gerry,
You can get DGL from Holland and Barrett. I have been taking it for over a week now and do feel a bit of a difference. Try meditation also.
In August I became gluten intolerant and I am now removing dairy. It seems extreme but it's definitely worth trying.
Anything to get rid of the dreaded globus
