everyday i feel terrible its so heavyness feeling all over my body

Can this causes the following?

Feeling of HEAVINESS and DRYNESS in head,body and eyes

EYE strain/fatigue/muscle pain

Sweating cold and dizzy

Shortness of breath

Light-headedness

Headache

"Extreme" Sensitivity to light

Stammering

Difficulty speaking

Feeling of irritation body,mind and emotions! 

Feeling weak, feeling my face is thin 

Cannot concentrate

Feeling of dryness in whole body

Loss of coordination

Loss of confidence 0%

Loss of interest

Loss of love

"Nervousness" even theres no reason to be afraid!!!!!!! 

Feeling nervous and uncomfortable about meeting and talking to people

Difficulty finding the right words i want to say

Mentally distressed/depresed

Negative thoughts

Mood changes

Lacking courage/ cowardly

Sorehead

Confusion

Laziness

Clumsy

Heart beat 10x 5sec

Unable to think and move everyday in normal way of me because of this feelings!

    What age are you?  It sounds as though you could well be dehydrated.  

    Have you been to see your GP?  That would be my first port of call if I felt like you.

    Hi Auldrich.  It sounds to me that you are suffering with anxiety !!! Some of your symptoms are certainly related to  anxiety.  Visit your GP and get some help. It is a very debilitating condition but there is help available.  Different things suit different people, but at least start by talking to your doctor.  Take care.  Lily x
