Everything is great yet I can't remember the last time i was happy.

Life is good, myself and my partner have good jobs, we have a nice house, money, cars, we are going to Italy soon, i have nothing to complain about. Yet i can't remember the last time i felt an emotion that wasnt anger. I'm on duloxatine and mirtazapine. What the f**k?

If it’s only happened since taking your meds perhaps you should ask about changing them. If not perhaps there’s something else going on, having nice things doesn’t make you happy.

    Thanks

    Hey Dan

If Life is good then I don't understand why you are feeling this way. I know Money isnt everything. Are you bored? Bored because you have everything. You feel theres nothing to look up too? Anger sometimes comes with depression. Talk to your Doctor about your anger. Get therapy. It may be you're depressed. I feel that way too. I'm angry but deep down I knew my anger was not anger bit sadness. 🙌smile

I am depressed, well, so my doctor tells me, i think there may be truth to the being bored thing but i used to have hobbies, but even they hardly interest me anymore. I genuinely don't know what to do.

Depression makes you feel that way. Find a good therapist. 👍Dont get discouraged you will feel better. smileI get bored too and feel hopeless about every single thing. I tend to over think everything. Try to keep yourself busy. Distract yourself. Talk to your family, spouse and tell them the way you feel. 🙌Give yourself positive feedback instead of listening to the negative ones. Positive affirmations. smile
