Exaggerated reflexes?

Not sure what to call this and I'm scared to google it, bit does any one experience an exaggerated reflex. Like if you are driving and you have to break quickly... Etc

Hi,I think it's connected to anxiety,I don't drive but I do get a lot of exaggerated reactions.I ve noticed I do it more when anxious which is pretty much most of the time just lately 😊X

Hi there, yes, I had this once so I decided I couldn't drive until my anxiety calmed itself took about 2 years, but still drove when I had to to go to the doctors. Just drove slow and more careful.

I took something called St. John's wort. In fact, it not only calmed my anxieties but also got rid of my heart palpitations.
