My doctor told me when the outbreak

Not do exercise because as you stretch the blisters will stretch and they will hurt so it's better to wait as though Breakout starts to end then you can do your routine of exercise back again and it's good to wear loose clothes and she also told me that at night time if I had an outbreak not to wear under clothes so the area will have air and they will dry up quicker

I have not gotten results back yet. To be honest I'm terrified to call for the results. In my heart I know what it is but I just don't want to hear the words. I'm trying to prepare myself.
