Hi,

I rarely have constipation, yet when I poop, my Haemorrhoids tend to flare up. And its clearly visible. The last thing I want to do is surgery. What are my options ? Please advise.

Being a recently diagnosed patient of grade 2 Haemorrhoids, Being of an advanced age, I also do not like to have op or even an injection. My Doc prescribed injection (name not known) if ointments do not work. Thus I am using Tranolone/ Anusol Plus Ointments/ cream. I would also be interested in replies to your problem.

Hi, I use essential oils and seem to work pretty good for Haemorrhoids, the essential oils recommended are Cypress essential oil, Frankincense, Peppermint and Tea Tree, I mix this combination, ratio 2 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil I use sweet almond oil, the properties of these oils, they are astringent, antiseptic, pain relieving etc, Cypress essential oil is one of the best a very good astringent, info online about there use.

Hi use the cream. Also drink plenty of water and have a high fibre diet. I would also get it checked out by your gp.
