Extreme chest pain.

Last night, I tried going to sleep, and had the worst chest pain I have ever felt in my life. It was a 10 on the pain scale, and it went up to my jaw. I went to urgent care with my mom the next day, and they said my heart is fine. I have previous threads explaining my situation but I have never felt pain like this before. Is it really anxiety?

    Anxiety is a horrible illness and I do feel for you.

    Stress can cause your problem

    Have spoken to your Dr?

    I have had the pain and my sister its really painful

    Keep calm, do breathing exercises and have a drink of water. It will help. Xx
