Tuesday I had intercourse with a female approx. 2-3 hours after shaving my genitals, after a day or two my genitals became extremely Irritated and abnormalities started forming and they are very painful. I don’t know what to do. I am 19 years old, I tried looking it up but no pictures match to what I have
