Eye twitch

I posted about this a while ago but got no reply, so I was wondering if anyone has and advice on this.

So I have an eye twitch, not like a small muscle spasm on my eyelid or anything but i get an urge to force my eyes upwards, its very hard to explain, but ive noticed it tends to happen more when I oversleep than have less sleep. Like ive said its not a spasm its an urge that i cant help but relieve. I tend to blink alot more aswell during these episodes too and these episodes can last anywhere from a day, to a couple of weeks. Any ideas anybody? Thank you.
