Fast Heart Rate in Shower

My heart starts beating really fast when I am in the shower and thus makes my health anxiety go through the roof when I notice it. Sometimes it gets as high as in the 140s. I've been to a cardiologist and wore a holter monitor and went through other various tests. Everything seemed to be fine, but of course, you can't shower with the holter monitor on, so that part was not tested. Does this happen to anyone else?

How hot is the shower?  If the water is hot your body tries to cool down and blood vessels dilate sending more blood to the skin.  This may cause your blood pressure to drop and your heart rate to increase.  Try taking a cooler shower and see what happens.
