fat intake

Hi Everyone,

Just started tabs yesterday. Was very scared as i thought i would be sitting on the loo most of the day and at one stage was afraid to eat. Anyway have about 3 stone to lose and hopefully keep off.

Tummy has been gurgling all day and the wind is serious like everyone says. Can someone tell me if my diet sounds about right.

Breakfast: 2 Wheatabix and semi skimmed milk

Mid Morning: Alpen Bar and probiotic drink

Lunch: Salad Sandwich - with salad cream

Dinner: 2 spuds & meat ad veg

Any help at this point is greatly appreciated. This is a very helpful place and i only found it by accident but i will definately be here more often.

    Hi

I was asked by the doc to do a document about my experiences of orlistat for other patients of his as I have lost four and a half stone in 20 weeks and haven't had any side effects in three months. If you log in and send me your email I will forward it to you. Hopefully it will help.

    Good luck

Hi everyone i am new to taking orlistat and would really love some help in starting out as i am a bit lost with fat and colories, it would be really appreciated to andy1705 if you could send me the info that you have done, and well done for losing so much. I am just waiting for my email for to join.

I am really confused (i think the bigger i get the smaller my brain becomes) of how much fat a day i should be taking and also if you get the orange goo does it mean the tablets are working or can they still work if you dont get the goo.

I am hoping to lose at least 6 stone with orlistat. Thank you and well done to everyone.
