    Hi there

I also suffer from anxiety bought on by abdo pain.

I sometimes feel tired and weak and sometimes this I think is linked to a low mood or my anxiety tiring me out. Some days I just want to sleep.

    How is your abdo pain?

I always feel weak and just tired.. I compare it to that kind of feeling you get when youre getting the flu, where your just achy and weak. Its horrible. You just have to talk yourself out of it when you feel it. I know its exhausting, but you will feel less tired if you just push your way through it and dont pay attention to it.

As for abdominal pain, i tend to get these weird pains at the top middle of my abdomen. They hurt pretty bad sometimes. I think gas pains. Where are yours?

Seems to be a common theme, my anxiety started with digestive/Abdominal problems. I was getting fatigued and weary as though i was getting a cold or something.
