feel space

Just started to feel space and weary of my surroundings why can this be I did have a bad day thinking all sorts yesterday can this be from that ?

    Most likely from your meds and your rough day yesterday.  Try, if you can, to relax.  Someone once said, if you live in the past, you suffer from depression, if you live in the future, you suffer from anxiety, if you live in the present, you are at peace.

      I don't take meds lol I'm riding it out with out using then but that is so true when I read that something happened I do know what something just clicked
