Feel Very Down

Hi

everyone,

After taking exams I felt anxiety and depressed. I also have stomach acid and take Lansopzole. I have exams coming up and my depression is high. It feels like a ship on my head sad What helps you guys when you are down???

    try and keep focussed on your revision if you have not done so already.

    You can only achieve if you watch your anxiety in order to sit and pass the exams.  If you are seriously down you should see a Dr and discuss it.

      I hope you do OK in the exams but it isn't the end of the world if you fail. you can always retake when you feel better.

      yh its not all the exam though I was diagonsed with it in uni Anxiety and panic disordeer and I cant have a medicine so I get down when I have t take em and I cant

      why can't you take any meds? is it a uni rule? if so thats a bit dumb they should consider mental health problems and disability issues.

      I took alot of cofee and supplements a few years back when i had panic attack I deveolped a sense where if I have a tablet sad It feels like I have a ship on my head

      Creatine, Gultamine, Vitamins All seprate and cofee I took them I got bullied so I started traning but I took everything at once

      we all get bullied you are not alone in that. have you seen a specialist to see what your biochemical levels are in the brain. that may tell you why you can't deal with anti anxiety tablets.

      There is no way of testing the biochemicals other than testing different things to see if it wil man a difference but i cant even have a tablet

      I know that if you get a hair sample examined by a homeopath you may get supplements which could balance your system. But you will have to search around for one.

      Hair sample and actual neurotransmitter in the brain is difficult but i wil bud
