I am so glad you have asked.  Perfect is not an option. I'm on the same planet feeling a little silly telling you this . I have gained weight for the first time in 10 years. I thought it was my stress from Job. Now i deffinetely know its my Anxiety. My doctor has changed my 15mg to 30 mg . I thought that to be very strange and the anxiety is no longer , but the weight gain is the same. I am also  spending more time alone gaining weight, waiting to lose the weight would be stupid and another way to fail my goal. Don't worry . I already have for 10 of us., I must admit i feel great after a 10 hour sleep. Right after I remember the shower that finally wakes me up!!!!! please smile...I need it
