Feeling down

Posted , 3 users are following.

I really don’t physically feel real bad this morning. I’m going to go for a walk soon to shake the little bit of spacey I feel. Im flipped in that I’m better in the morning and then not so good in the pm.

I’m feeling down this morning. I share a birthday with a great nephew. I’m going to miss our party today. In my pre-anxiety life (just six short weeks ago), I would have gone to the party, but moaned about the 6 hour round trip drive. I would give anything to make that drive today.

I’m tired of pushing myself.

I just want to curl up and watch the new season of Frankie and Grace on Netflix. I’m also missing the Women’s March today.

I’m really just venting and feeling sorry for myself... sorry. I Just want my life back.  Thanks for your patience with me. I feel some better typing this out.

Take care

      Thank you Dawn!

My daughter just quite bluntly asked me what I was going to do today smile  she is pushing me to get up and do something.

I appreciate her and everyone who supports me here.

    Hi Tracey,

I’m in week 11 I think, I stopped counting.  I’m finally seeing a definite improvement.  Yesterday I worked for half a day, and then went to 2 appointments.  Normally, I would have been an angry, irritable mess, and probably canceled something, but I went and I was like wow after.  I know the Prozac has to be doing something, I would never have been able to do that.

The Dr keeps telling me it takes a long time.
