Feeling feverish

I am not diagnosed yet but I want to know if anyone diagnosed have pain like: somewhat deep in the chest and in upper back. not severe. comes on after food and also feel feverish. but temperature in ear is 36.7. I measured 37.3 once.

I also noticed the discomfort and pain is better just waking up and not eating.

I also have stearothea every day. It seems as days go by symptoms are changing, did not have upper back pain just three days ago.

I am really worried.

That type of pain could be a lot of things. It could be some psychosomatic pain.

Do any of the following make the pain better or worse? Lying on your side, lying on your back, bending forward, curling up in a ball?

How would you describe the pain?

What is your diet like - what do you eat most days? Do you drink alcohol or take any supplements or medications? Do you have a family history of pancreatic issues?

Ultimately it could just be psychosomatic but it is probably something you should have checked out either way.

I eat meat and vegetables mostly. I find that laying on left side somewhat reduces the pain.

The pain is all over the place: upper abdomen, stomach area. I also get pain in the back, both lower and upper. Usually dull aches. But today had some sharp stabs.

I do not drink alcohol or take supplements. My grandmother had diabetes, yes.

Yeah, most doctors seem to think it is gastritis, but gastritis won't make one get pains in various places right after eating AND lose weight with loose stools, malabsorption.
