Feeling good lately

Hi ladies,

Just saying hello.

I'm feeling almost brand new after 3 months of pain.

My mammogram test results came back and I'm Good🤗thanks for all your prayers.

I still have frozen shoulder and it's thawing off.

Started Keto to do something about weight gain, approaching 50 and need to start maintaining this body

Hi gilly, so good of you to post this, gives me hope! I’ve been reading through some of your old posts and it sounds like you had all the horrible symptoms - did you take anything or just tough it out? How are you sleeping now? I’m reallly struggling with this at the moment, along with nausea and terrible anxiety, just hoping for better days x

Do you think the diet is playing a part in you feeling much better , my shoulders and forearms are so painful today also had a new symptom sore teeth . Just another symptom to add to my list ... it’s good to hear people to get better or felt more themselves at times .

Hi Gilly, thanks for the update! Happy to hear you are a bit better, and I hear ya on the frozen shoulder, thank goodness when that starts thawing!! I don't know if mine will ever be back to normal again, but at least the pain is gone. Shear torture!

Good luck with the weight, I just weighed myself last night and almost fainted. I think the progesterone cream is helping me to pack the pounds on (and I guess the guava margaritas aren't helping, haha!)

    XOXO
