I take 20mg for anxiety, felt much worse before feeling better but did notice a slight improvement after a couple of weeks. Had a down spell at 3 weeks then ok again til week 6 before another down spell. Have been on for 10 weeks now and although feeling better, it's not as much as I'd hoped. GP advised to wait 3 months and then review but may increase.

It's definitely a slow process but I can see improvements. I'd give it another few weeks if you're seeing a difference, even a little one, and then review x

I was on 10 for 4 month’s and then 20 for a week or ten days able now at 30 for the last week. Over all doing much better at this dose. It was rough for a long while but now is much better. I found that we can’t rush the process . However long it takes it does work in the end. Still not 100%, but much better with only blue skies in my future.
