Feeling paralyzed and unmotivated

I am so tired I can't get motivated to do anything. How do I get out of the cycle? I can barely eat during the day and literally sit at work with nothing to do until a customer comes in. I may get 2 per day. I know I could walk and get some exercise, I should sit and pay my bills, drink more water. I know these things will help but I just can't. I just sit in agony, tired and feeling bad. Than I wonder if it's the anxiety, the side effects or the lack if nutrition or all three. I know I need to help myself out of this but I don't know where to start.

I couldn t even make it into work for the first 2 weeks so well done for getting into work . Try and do a bit more every day i down loaded an app end anxiety and listened to it as much as i could . go to cbt classes if u can .when u go to bed write down all the things u r worried about then while u r going to sleep think of what u would like to wake up and go to sleep thinking of that . Sounds silly but it eventually sinks in and u begin to feel better

Hi, this is normal and it will get better. I honestly think its a combination of all three things. You have to start finding the positives, even if you aren't eating a lot you're still eating a little, do try and drink at least to improve your energy levels. Be proud that even if you aren't doing much at work you are there... that is a real achievement! I know things feel awful right now (i know ive been there too) but you will get your motivation back. Try getting some vitamin D, they wont affect your medication in any way and can help with fatigue especially at this time of year. Keep going x
