Feeling really pleased with myself!!!!

I started these Tablets on the 12th of August, i started eating low fat foods about 1 and half weeks before taking them, just to prepare my body, to prevent any embarrassing accidents

Im really pleased as i have had a few naughty set backs, went away for 5 days to Devon and ate a few ice- creams, a pizza and a chinese, just didnt take the tablet those particular days, i have also had a chinese and a doner Kebab, which i know is very bad, but have been so lucky and not had any side effects and have still continued to loss weight.

Weight loss so far is 9kg which is roughly about 20lbs

I still have a long way to go, but for me that is a very good start!!!!

Well done on your weight loss. We all have to have a naughty day now and again. I know it is very difficult to be good on holiday as I found out.
