feeling shakey

Hi all.
Does any one feel shakey in peri. I don't feel worried but feel as if I've got one of those nerves that leaves you feeling as if you are shaking.
Is this common?
Thanks.

I have. It can be from Peri or even if your blood sugar is dropping. I am not diabetic but notice if I'm not careful, I'll get shaky. If I eat some protein with a cracker or so, it helps to alleviate the shaky feeling.

I'm not diabetic either, but I notice I get shaky if I leave it too long before I eat (not very often, in my case
. On the rare occasion I'm not stuffing my face with something or other I find its generally indicates the build-up to a period. I always want something to eat IMMEDIATELY, but try to avoid the obvious chocolate or biscuits. Keep a banana handy to counter this. You'll be surprised how quick the symptoms disappear once you've had something to eat.
