I'm Kevin I have never had sex before,I masturbated in a latex condom a few days ago, and today I'm seeing red spot on my penis and tiny bumps on my penis head, can this be herpes? The condom was brand new, I don't what to think I'm stressed out. Please help me

Ummm from a condom? No if you havent had sex you dont have genital herpes.

You need genital to genital contact or to have received oral sex in order to get herpes. If you didn't do any of that, then it's not herpes.

  Could be. Are you allergic to latex? Could also just be due to friction or a coincidence.
