Feeling under lower left rib cage

Hi well i'll start by saying I’m 5,11 I’m 20.86 stones (its changed now to 18.92 stones as I have been working out every day now for 5 weeks) I haven’t really eaten well over the years nor have I done much exercise apart from rarely playing football now to start Well I’ve had a feeling under my left rib since I’d say around middle of last year I thought would go away and it’s just a feeling like somethings there I’m never in pain and it use to be more noticeable or when I eat now I don’t know if I notice more now because I keep thinking about it or the fact I’ve started working out 6 days a week for the last 5 week or the fact I cold Turkey bad foods and haven’t really had salt or sugar also in 5 weeks but as I’ve said I’ve noticed more.

I don’t eat much but I never have so I don’t know if that contributes I’ve also got a loss of appetite and dont know if thats because if my anxiety and worrying because when I do eat I don’t have any pains.

Now I’ve notice down my left side it’s like a feeling again like somethings there again never am I in pain I just notice and as of the last few days I’ve notice on my left pelvic area side a similar feeling again not pain but most of these symptoms when I’m running I don’t notice only the feeling under my left rib.

I’ve also notice these more when I’m laying down in my bed at night I hear my abdomen making gargling noises a lot this also happens in the day and I get a twitch or a pulse in my abdominals also sometimes my left leg or other body parts also because I sit there in bed thinking about this it does effect my sleep so I’ve not had much sleep when I sleep on my right side it feels like my left side is pulling down if I sleep on my left sometimes I don’t notice anything.

I have very rarely felt the same feeling down the left on my right side but that’s bit often and the final thing is I’d say my right and left side of back I’d say low but kind of the middle area I’ve felt a bit of weakness I’d say this is more the left and recently the right but I’ve felt it but I’m not sure if that’s related to the fact I’ve been running and cycling most days.

The only other thing I’ve noticed is under my ribs right in the middle I’ve felt like a pressure like a heartburn feeling but im not sure and ive ave had a bit of a nausea maybe acid reflux feeling but have never been sick and a feeling in my throat sometimes a gargling squeaking sound and the feeling but very mild like somethings coming up but nothing ever does and again never am i in actual pain.

As I stated before never have I really been in pain I still work out go for runs for example it’s just that I’ve noticed these things and because I’ve noticed I’ve worried a bit at night and have had anxiety I think also because I’ve tried to google symptoms and you see many things but like I’ve said no pain I’ve not had blood in Urine or stools anything like that I think sometimes maybe I’ve had to push a bit harder with stools and sometimes it comes out in two to three drops but it’s either normal or that 4 weeks ago they where quite watery but I also had spicy chicken when that happened so I don’t know if that effected it because it hadn’t been like that since.

I’ve listen a few things and don’t know if it’s because I’ve had anxiety and listen any and everything I’ve noticed even if it’s small or nothing but I just thought I’d mention everything to give full information.

But as I’ve stated I’ve been able to go work out ride my bike do things as normal it’s just I’ve noticed a few things

I have not been to my GP yet because im actually so scared but im going to call them this week because i know i should i guess ive just come here really to see if anybody had similar issues
