take a deep breath and calm yourself . make a list so you can see clearly what you have to do and when , put  a star in a red pen for important  and blue for not so important , and do whats right for you .

you are describing anxety and panic because its all seems overwhelming if you do what i suggest  it gives you back control . also try a using a relaxtion cd twice a day when you can.  good luck tina.

Oh Shirley I'm sorry for your loss and how those dates relate. I have just today been told I need to see a pain specialist as well not for my fibro but for a pain I am having in my common bile duct area. I am a strong woman of faith and know God has all this and more in control I just wish He would show the drs what is hurting sooner than later. I don't know if you are a woman of faith but never forget God loves you. I will pray for you as that day approaches. God Bless.

Hi I have just come back from the pain specialist today and it went well. Nothing to be scared of, I was very worked up about going but I became fine while I was there. Take a deep breath and go, I can see that it's going to be a hard day but you need to do this for the sake of your health. Myself I have been in and out of hospitals for ten years too, so know the feeling. Will be here if you need to post a note to talk x

Thanks hun. The reason why i am scard i have been to see 1 pain specialist and he didnt listen to a word i had to say and when i told him my husdand took care of me and did all the house work ( cooking cleanning) he was so descustid as though to say i should be doing it all and my husdand should'nt be. So i rang the hospital up and conplaned about him so they have given me an appontment for this other specilist i am worried if hes going to be anything like him hun
