Feels like something small under butt when sitting

Have a history of hemhroids, had a hemhroid surgery about 5 years ago. Recently forced a bowel movement (about a month ago) and had some expected problems so headed to doctor. She said it was only small internal hemorrhoids and told me to take 800 mg Ibuprofen and some hemhroid suppositories for a while with soaking and working on getting more fiber. Major improvement in all areas except it sometimes feels like, especially after a bowel movement, I have something small under my butt while sitting. Not painful but annoying. Kind of like a marble or smaller. Any idea what's up or what to do?
