Female issues, please help!

Hello ladies, I am hoping I can get some opinions! I have struggled with this issue the last 2 years and still have zero answers. I have always had irregular periods, super heavy, passing big clots. The last couple of years they have gotten much much worse. With the addition of feeling like I was getting a horrific UTI hurting in my lower back, so I started Azo and made a Dr. appt for Monday (quickest I could get in). Saturday the pain was worse in my lower right side where I feel like I constantly have A LOT of pressure and on/off sharp shooting pains. Sunday same but I sat down and felt a gush of discharge(brownish infection looking) followed by immediate relief from the pain. Followed up with the Dr. Monday explained what had happened..at which point she said it sounded like an STD. Had a full panel of labs. All tests came back negative my wbc was elevated so she "pretreated" me for gonorrhea. I finished my antibiotics had another pelvic for the same pressure/pain I continue to feel. Ultrasound tranvag and outside showed no abnormalities or fluid build up (so no cysts). I was referred to a womens pavilion where I had another full work up on labs at which point that Dr. said I had IT (a bladder condition) unhappy with her theory and the research I started over again ending up at an ER. This Dr. insisted in was BV I was given yet another round of antibiotics just to find out the results came back negative.I had the same thing happen several times over the last 2 years with my most recent being different and just last week. Last week while at work aside from the normal pressure no pain until I felt the gush of discharge again, run to the bathroom and it's followed by bleeding/sever pain. Another trip to the ER where again the Dr. insisted it was either an STD or BV again "pretreated" w  a shot of rocephin and 2000mg of Zithromax, sent home all labs came back negative. Since then intercourse has been extremly painful and spots of salmon pink discharge. I am so uncomfortable, constantly hurt, and feel so completely discouraged trying to get any answers or resolve for my issue! Anybody else experienced anything like this?

    You poor thing. I will pray for you. Have they tested you for mycoplasma and/or ureaplasma??

      Thank you they are much welcomed and needed! I had never heard of either of those but interestingly enough the symp. fit. I will most certainly ask the Dr. about it! Thank you so much!!!

    Did they check your cervix? Could be cervicitis...? It can cause huge amounts of discharge, bleeding in between periods and painfull intercourse. Not all cases are caused by STD's. Mine just happened. I got it cautherized.

    I am so sorry! That's awful.. How is your diet and exercise activity? I use to have irregular periods (heavy flow, extremly painful cramps), never to that extend, however, I changed my diet and started exercising daily with a dose of vitamins. My period has never been the same, it's super light, hardly any pain (unless I eat a lot of junk food in the month) It might not solve the problem but it might help to alleviate some of the pain

    Vitamin D, in particular, has made a HUGE difference in my body.
