I have had fibermyagia for years. Seems no dr. Can pin point how to control the pain. I take gabapentin 600 3 times a day. When I get iching spells I take be bed rim seems to help. I have a immune problem so I take 2 B 12 a day. Folic acid which is b9. And b6. I also take msm. And tumeric. This helps a little. But tired and take depression meds that don't seem to help. I hope this helps someone.

Hi, I've been dealing with FM since 1999, I take higher doses of MSM daily, 1 tsp in 8 oz clean water 3 times per day.....I read about the higher dosing years ago from a person with RA...works pretty good for me....MSM calms pain.

I've never taken drugs for FM...for nerve pain issues I work with:

    Inositol

    Gaba

    L-Theanine

    Calms homeopathic

I take 2000mcg B12 daily, Folate instead of folic....as folate is more absorbable I've found from research and friends...

Make sure Vit D3 and K2 are optimal....

I take 2 caps of turmeric daily also,

I take most days 2 ibuprofen 2 times per day and work with a pain herbal supplement in between that pain med.

I don't know but some of the pharma drugs cause more harm than good....
