Finally Got Into Therapy!

I tried to post this yesterday, but it was moderated and wouldn't post... I got an evaluation done, and the lady who evaluated me, said that I'd probably need meds. I had a panic attack in her office, after having much anxiety, yesterday at work. I actually, broke down and cried..a lot. I didn't expect to, but I guess the stress and a couple of co-workers talking bad about my performance, behind my back, REALLY got to me. I was already worried about not doing too well and really wanted assurance (it was my 3rd day). 

I just don't know if therapy will help, but I want it to. I'm a little glad that the lady, who evaluated me, won't be my "therapist." She was nice though, but she just wasn't the right fit. Y'know? I'm supposed to get a call within a week, to schedule my therapy appointment. Wish me luck...

I've also, got one question. Has anyone on here ever experienced MUCH anxiety, after not getting much sleep? Or if they're just really exhausted, period?

    I do last night I had a damn panic attack I had to wait for my legs to stop shaking sad so I went to bed around 5 I'm still really tired

      I thought I was getting better - and just like last time - I got worse. I've been trying to work hard at my job and not think about it. I hate working around knives, or any sharp blades, because of my Harm OCD. Plus, my anxiety is at an all time high there, if I'm not busy busy busy, but I also, feel exhausted, so I'm having trouble keeping busy..

    Lack of sleep is anxieties worst enemy other then google. I hooe it all goes well and you get a therapist who is compassionate and bright. Good luck
