So I'm having my first out break its pretty bad I'm in so much pain I can't walk I can't sit up I'm 15 and this is unbearable any tips or something to help with the pain

the first outbreak is awful isn't it but it will get better! i hope that your feeling better now but for future reference salt baths are amazing and will help to heal and clean them. go to your doctor and get anti-virals to keep in the house so that when you feel another outbreak coming on you can take them straight away. pain killers are always good but a numbing cream with lidocaine may be a good option. try wearing dresses/ loose wearing clothes aswell i pretty much disregard pants as soon as an outbreak shows up. i use coconut oil on my sores and it helps to heal them quicker and stop friction when moving. also i drink lemon water everyday when i have an outbreak which also helps to clear them up.
