i was diagnosed with hsv1 gentiles i didnt even know i was having an out break and it only lasted 3 days for my forst outbreak didnt itch or hurt or anything. does this mean my herpes isnt that serious and im not that contagious?? i heard people's first out breaks are the worst. is it possible that since my outbreak was so low that my disease count is low? and un passible??

GHSV1 has less outbreaks and a lower viral shedding rate! Probably is know one knows when they are shedding! But even at that it is only a few days out of the years! If you wanted and it was an option for you suppressive therapy can cut viral shedding by up to 70% that and condom use!
Even if not on suppressive therapy, not having sex while having an outbreak and occasional unprotected sex chances are only around 4%.
Although I am strongly for disclosing to every partner, herpes is extremely common! If you partner has oral hsv1 ( which most do) you are safe! Just make sure you know they are up to date with their screens 😃! Don't let herpes hold you back! All that has to change is disclosure and learning your outbreak signs 😃
