I'm about 3 weeks into my first outbreak and all I can do is sleep.. is this normal? Is every outbreak going to make me this tired?

no the first out break is the worse so you'll have more symptoms. my first outbreak i had symptoms like the flu i slept all day and i felt weak, i didn't eat or i couldn't walk because it was painful. i had to pee in a tub of could water an wear lose underwear but every out break after the first one not painful its just irritating because its gone be itchy but don't scratch it just keep it clean wear lose underwear and WHATEVER YOU DO dont let air hit where ever the out break is located because cold air triggers outbreaks. but i'm here feel free to contact me at any time.

my first out break lasted for about 3 weeks. Yes i had blisters all over my lips. its best to pee in a tub of cold water, & wear lose underwear. and i put some yeast infection cream on the blisters each time after i pee and bath . and i take a Ibuprofen.
