First outbreak tips

Hello i am going through my first outbreak right now and the Valtrex pills are not doing enough to take the symptoms away down there. How many days does it take for them to start helping?(im on day 4). I still get tingling sensations, still burns when i pee because theyre still popping. Does anyone have any recommendations? Please do not tell me motrin, aleve, etc because I am already taking them everyday. Can I put neosporin down there?

It will ease soon! First time is the hardest!!

Salt water baths and keeping hydrated help! Sometimes it helps to pee in the shower or try get lignocaine gel to apply!!

I found dabbing diluted tea tree oil really help to dry them up! Try avoid foods high in arginine and caffine!!

    it will get easier!
