Hi everyone, well I have had my first weigh in today after taking the tablets for 4 weeks and I have lost 10lb I am so pleased with my self just had to share it.. Xx

      Hi BigC, i have been prescribed Orilstat so you cant eat anything over 5g in 100g of fat so it restrict you a little bit. have you been prescribed the tablets too?

    hi rachel yes i have been on the tabets about 4 months i have lost weight maybe a stone but was hoping to lose a lot more but i do cheat. i have almost cut out all bread and cut down on potatoes as well. i am eating granols with greek yoghurt and fruit now for breakfast and sometimes suppper how aboutyou xx

      Hi, i have been on them 5 weeks now but i have been on them before about 5 years ago and lost 3 stone but put it all back on and more sad  but i was happy with my 1st weigh in as i didnt think i had done that well. for breakfast i have a boiled egg with a slice of bread or milkshake and a peace of fruit them lunch i have a salad or pasta and for tea jacket spuds, meat or spag bol etc plus i like a beer!!! so if i want one i will have one i drink plenty of water and i also take green tea tablets which seem to work for me.

      what sort of meals have you beem having?? i think every one is differenet as some have side effects with some things and others dont. There is poeple on this site that say you shouldnt cheat but hey only you with suffere the side effects... i have done in the past when i have really craved for something.

    hi rachel i have granola for breakkie fried fish or chis for lunch or maybe a sandwich then fried rice or marks and spencers low calorie meal. I don't drink alchol at all now. I drink diet pepsi and craberry juice.i know i must get water down me ! i used to take green tea tablets but i take well being woman vits which include green tea. Why do you think you put weight back on after last time xx

      Fried fish cant be good for you, do you get side effects with that? I stopped exercising so much after a problem following surgery. so i cant do any weight bearing exercise now, i was so glad to be prescribed these tablets again. you do get out of the habit once you stop them i think when taking the tablets it does make you think before you eat. i abouslty love cheese could eat it ever meal but on these its a definate no no!!! water is good. how much have you got to loose?

    i am so disorganised so when i am in work there is only a chip shop by our office, i do get diarohera after that but i just think well ive lost all those calories now. I cant exercise at the moment because of arthritis in hip and knees but i am trying to walk more. I have at least 3 stone to lose x

      Can you not make something at home? For your lunch. I wouldn't eat chips every day the side effects will just get worse. What about a tin of soup or something?

    morning girls yes talking yesterday i thought thats it im going to get organised and i have brought in a salmon salad and raspberries smile just need a kick up the bum sometimes thanks for your help xxx

      Hi, your welcome sometimes i think that what we all need it is hard adjusting though i still have days where i eat the wrong things but we learn from our mistakes. Salomn salad will be nice just be careful with dressings or mayo!!! lKeep me posted how you get on. good luck!!
