Just been for my first 4 week weigh in at the gp's
Iv lost 14lbs.... so so happy.
Not too sure it was the tablets because iv not once ran to the loo...if anything im a little bunged up. I think its the cutting back on my fat in the fear i will have the side effects.
Anyway what ever it is its working.
