I have haemorrhoids for months now. Few days ago I had loose bowel because of the antibiotic I was taking and my hem was really really itchy so maybe I scratched it. Then, since yesterday my poop were hard. I felt stinging down there then saw these lesions/fissures. Is this normal?

it looks like your bowel movement has caused it to flare up, eat lots if fibre and water and sitz bath

Hey Bart, sorry I just saw you reply. Well I have them again. It's like I have them every week, fissures on thrombosed hem, even though I don't have bm. Is having fissures on hems normal?

im not too sure as mine cleared without a flare up or fissure but from what ive read strain on hems can cause flares and fissures. apply w cream daily to soothe this
