hi Tina, wow, a new knee sounds wonderful! because I know they would'nt replace it unless the old one was beyond help, give you a new lease of life hopefully smile I love wading through the chats on here, keeps my mind occupied on these cold winter days, stops me self pitying too by getting interested in other peoples trials and tribulations. so you will be out playing football before much longer haha, nice to hear from you, thankyou for replying cheesygrin

    Hey David,

I always recieve emails from patient.info regarding new posts, and I always read your discussions; I just prefer to hide in the shadows lol. Might start regularly posting on here like you do, sort of like a virtual diary!

I've run out of my sleeping medication so I have a mild bout of insomnia, nothing too bad though!

    Hope you're well smile

      Hey Anna!!

thankyou for your reply, so twas you hiding in the shadows lol can't fault you for that, I'm finding myself hiding away from the real world these days, takes a monumental effort to even get out of bed these past couple mornings, just so lethargic I want to close my eyes and sleep, no sleep meds required here- but bizzarely enough I used to take half a Zopiclone every night until I ended up in hospital April last year, since leaving hospital I have slept like a baby most nights without a tablet! hope you are well biggrin

      hiya Karen,

yes I guess that as people recover they just get on with their lives, which is great, I'm envious because every time I think things are improving, I promptly fall over and start again. the joys cheesygrin x

I'm still here.  Can't get rid of me that easily confused

I read all notifications I get, and reply to relevant ones, or people I've posted with.  Yes I expect many are getting better, maybe returned to work.

    K xx

I get notifications from ones I'm following, and also get ones from new ones posted in the groups I follow.  I ignore some if they're not relevant and just follow some.  But yes, I do get lots of emails.  I think if you ignore the ones you aren't interested in, you don't get notified again (I think) :-)
