I hear ya. I've been on the same for 8mo and still I had the worst weekend pretty much ever. I was so embarrassed because others could see my decline. It's corrected and better. I'm making better financial choices for myself and my family. But I thought the same thing? Am I on the right meds? Why is this so bad that I'm calling the crisis hotline?!

The answer I discovered for me, was that I hold myself up to impossible expectations and then when I fail to achieve the impossible I scold myself until I am crying out, "I'm a failure!"

So for me, stop thinking I am Atlas and can balance the world and just be me. Not Supermom. Just Mom, and do my best to my ability. If it becomes too much to handle them I probably am trying to handle too much!

    Hope that helps...
