Fluoxetine giving false results on drug test

I am soon to start a new job in mexico in a couple of weeks. I have just found out they are now carrying out random drug tests due to drug abuse from the staff there. I am currently taking the antidepressant fluoxetine and have found out that it is very common for it to show up on drug tests as an ilegal substance. I am concerned that due to the situation out there that they will sack me even if i was to explain to them what im taking. Any advise or solutions would be very welcome. Many thanks.
